The Pillars of Wellness Program
The TWC 8-week Pillars of Wellness program helps you to fine tune each week, an aspect of wellness that will add life to your years, and years to your life. Wellness is such a broad topic and what works for some may not work for others. Our program helps you to find the balance, moderation and well-being you are looking for, but have struggled to achieve.
Each week we focus on a different area, bringing together a more complete picture of your wellness now, and where you want it to be. Wellness is the state we are trying to achieve, and self-care is how we go about attaining it. Each week you will receive all the resources and information to help you create and follow through with your own wellness plan, as well as a coaching video to help bring all the information together for you. Remember self-care and wellness isn’t just about affirmations and trying to meditate!
We aim to set you up for success with sensible and achievable goals.
