Our expertise is in weight loss programming, bariatric support and building all aspects of your inner self, focusing on self-worth, confidence and esteem. We aim to guide you to overcome the extreme dieting culture permanently, no matter where you are currently at – from contemplating your next diet through to conquering weight regain.

The Wellness Clinic key message is about creating a life full of balance and moderation – no more all or nothing. We know what works and what doesn’t – we have walked this journey with our clients for over 30 years. This time you get to do it differently – surrounded by understanding and support.
We offer different program and coaching options to suit you, from working through our programs on your own (WAYOP), through to full coaching alongside your program of choice. Our goal is to provide you the support and guidance you need and want, to allow the transformation you desire – physically, mentally, and emotionally.

What is coaching?
I get it… so many people online claiming to be a coach – it’s the new buzz word. The word coaching is losing credibility. However, I’m not jumping on the bandwagon with everyone else. I’ve been a coach in one form or another for over 30 years – basketball, bodybuilding, personal trainer, (mum!) and in bariatric wellness. A true coach is someone who stands in the background after imparting their knowledge and expertise and gets true fulfilment from watching their students/clients succeed.
Coaching is about inspiring the change in you that you desire, and then giving you the tools to help you execute that change yourself. This is why one of the ways I coach you is WAYOP – this means ‘work at your own pace’. Life gets hectic, and change isn’t about fitting into someone else’s timeline – this is your journey, and we provide the resources to help you walk your path.
As your coach my role is to support you on your journey of growth and change, guiding you towards the life you want to achieve. I will coach you to help you choose your path to happiness and healing, and to reconnect with yourself. I will encourage you to keep moving forward, to be brave, to be fulfilled, to be content, and to be at peace. And watch me cheer you on from the side-lines!

At The Wellness Clinic (TWC)™, we prescribe to the Philosophy of Balance and Moderation. We do this by incorporating the 4 branches of the TWC Wellness Tree. The TWC Wellness Tree represents New Life, New Growth, Transformation and Expansion in all aspects of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. This is at the core of our coaching practise. Guiding you but not doing it for you – that is what true coaching is.
