TWC Charity Support -

In 2019 TWC has chosen to support Youth Suicide Prevention and Awareness, and we will be raising money during the year with various community activities. Watch our Facebook and Instagram page for updates, and support those in our community who need it the most.

Vanessa Warren is a leading Health, Activity & Wellness Specialist based in Christchurch, New Zealand. She has almost 30 years experience as a Personal Trainer & was a 2018 finalist at the NZ Exercise Industry Awards in the Small Group Trainer category. She specialises in Special Population groups, particularly Women's Health (PCOS & Endometriosis); Bariatric Exercise & Wellness; Exercise at Any Size; Diabetes & Metabolic Disease; and Exercise as Medicine

When I first met Vanessa I was 220kgs, extremely unfit, but now I feel fit and healthy with Vanessa’s help.
