Why - I created The Change Within Method – Beyond Dieting™ Program to fill in the gap. With this program we look at the WHY behind your weight, so you never have to diet again. You know how hard it is to lose weight, feel great, only to regain it. Again. And again. After working with thousands of people battling their weight over my 30-year career, I started to see there must be more to this than diet and exercise programs. Once I started to dig a bit deeper, I realised there was a common thread running through everyone’s story – low self-worth, and a root cause trauma that was so firmly planted in people’s beliefs about themselves, that they might not have realised this was in part, behind their weight battles.

What – There is so much more to achieving ‘successful’ weight loss long-term other than just how well you can ‘stick’ to the latest diet and/or exercise regime. Been there, done that… right? 

Regardless of whether you have had bariatric weight loss surgery or not, your feelings about yourself and your weight will not be too dissimilar. These feelings will most likely have affected you for some time, and they don’t magically disappear just because you lose weight with surgery, or via any other mechanism that doesn’t help you to get to your root cause trauma behind your weight issues.

Together, we will focus on getting to, and then healing the root cause of your Weight Trauma Story (WTS).

This is WHAT makes this program so different from other weight loss programs, even though you will lose weight if you follow the tools provided to you. 

Without healing the root cause trauma attached to your weight (Your WTS), losing, and maintaining any weight loss long-term becomes extremely difficult, and leads to the dreaded weight regain – every life-long, yoyo dieter’s worst nightmare!

This is WHY this program is so much more than just another weight loss program.

The life skills you will learn are literally ‘life-changing’ and the weight loss is almost the cherry on the top of everything else that you will gain from completing the program.

The Change Within Method – Beyond Dieting™ Program allows you to dig a little bit deeper. In this safe, supportive environment you can learn more about yourself, what your WTS is and figure out where the beliefs you carry about yourself have come from. Then I teach you how to build on the foundations you have created over the course of the 8 weeks.
