For anyone who has regained weight – from either a diet, exercise regime or after bariatric weight loss surgery – this 4-week program is designed to get you back on track. Key theme of this program is about managing your expectations and self-reflection.

We look at the why, the how, the where, and the what of how you have ended up back here – again. How many times have you lost and gained (often more each time) the same weight? Aren’t you tired?

With the Conquering Weight Regain Program we help you get to the bottom of why you repeat the same behaviours around weight loss, then we give you the tools to help you move to the other side of your weight regain permanently.

This 4-week coaching program provides you with the tools and knowledge to help you overcome this weight loss rut, and to make the habit and behavioural changes required.

There is no shame or judgement with this program – only healing, encouragement and guidance on what to do next. You can do this program with either WAYOP or with the full coaching option.

Each week you will receive your documents to work on, along with your coaching video, and other tools to help your progress.
